Heart Wall Session Bundle

  1. Setting Your Intention

    Every healing journey starts with a clear focus. Before we begin, we’ll identify the main goal or issue you’d like to address—be it emotional, physical, or a broader desire for overall balance.

  2. Connecting Through Muscle Testing

    Your subconscious mind holds powerful insights about your body and past experiences. Muscle testing (applied kinesiology) is used to tap into those insights. This gentle technique helps us discover hidden blocks or trapped emotions that may be impacting your well-being.

  3. Identifying Underlying Imbalances

    Using the Body Code framework, we systematically check for imbalances across six key categories:

    • Energies (trapped emotions, offensive energies, etc.)

    • Circuitry (organ and gland connections, chakras, meridians)

    • Toxins

    • Pathogens

    • Structural Alignments

    • Nutrition & Lifestyle

    In the Emotion Code, our focus is specifically on trapped emotional energies that might be influencing your mental or physical state.

  4. Pinpointing the Root Cause

    As imbalances surface, we often uncover the root cause—including when it might have originated (childhood, adolescence, inherited patterns, etc.). Identifying this helps bring clarity and deeper understanding, while also helping the body release the emotional charge more easily.

  5. Releasing the Energy

    Once we’ve identified an imbalance, we use magnetic energy coupled with clear intention to release it. Typically, a magnet is passed along the Governing Meridian (over the head and down the spine) several times, either in-person or remotely. This allows the unwanted energy to be “neutralized” and lifted away.

  6. Confirmation & Completion

    After releasing each trapped emotion or imbalance, we retest using muscle testing to confirm that the release is successful. If needed, we continue addressing additional layers or imbalances until the session feels complete.

  7. Integration & Aftercare

    Your body may go through a brief processing period as it adjusts to the newly released energies—this can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. We recommend:

    • Staying well hydrated

    • Being mindful of rest

    • Paying attention to any emotional or physical shifts

    If you notice sudden clarity, lighter emotions, or ease in physical symptoms, these may be signs of successful integration.
