The Emotion Code and Body Code are gentle, child-friendly energy methods that help identify and release emotional or energetic stress that may influence a child’s mood, behavior, or overall well-being.
An Email Session begins with the concern you share about your child in your initial message or during our short introductory call. Using the information you provide, I identify and release emotional or energetic imbalances on your child’s behalf and then send you a clear session protocol summarizing what was found, released, and observed.
Email Sessions offer a calm, private way for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to support a child — without appointments, pressure, or the need for the child to participate directly.

1. Setting Your Intention
Every process of inner change begins with a clear focus. Before I start your email session, I take the time to understand the main goal or issue you’d like to address—whether it’s emotional, physical, or a broader desire for balance.
2. Connecting Through Muscle Testing
Your subconscious mind holds valuable insights about your experiences and energetic patterns. I use muscle testing (applied kinesiology) remotely to access those insights. This gentle technique helps me identify hidden blocks or trapped emotions that may be influencing your well-being.
3. Using the Body Code framework
I check for potential imbalances across six key categories. In the Emotion Code portion of the work, I focus specifically on trapped emotional energies that may be affecting your emotional or physical state.
4. Pinpointing the Root Cause
As these imbalances show up, I often identify when they may have originated—whether in childhood, adolescence, adulthood, or through inherited patterns. Understanding the root cause brings clarity and helps your system release the emotional charge more easily.
5. Releasing the Energy
Once I identify an imbalance, I use intention-based energy work to release it. In a traditional session this may involve magnetic energy along the Governing Meridian; in an email session, I perform this work remotely on your behalf through focused intention and established techniques.
6. Confirmation & Completion
After each release, I retest energetically to confirm that the imbalance has been cleared. I continue addressing additional layers until the session feels complete and balanced.
7. Integration & Aftercare
Your body may enter a short processing period as it adjusts to the released energies. This may last a few hours to a few days.
